What are the dates of the 2024 Spring Mobil Delvac™ rebate?

March 1, 2024 through April 30, 2024.

How do I participate in the rebate program?

  • Only eligible Customers may receive a rebate.

  • Fully complete the online proof of purchase form at promotion.mobil.com/offers/delvacrebate. Upload an image of your receipt(s) from a participating retailer dated during the Promotion Period with Eligible Product(s) circled. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, May 7, 2024. You must complete a separate online offer form for each receipt with Eligible Products. Illegible images will not be accepted.

  • For online purchases, upload the invoice and final delivery or pick-up receipt for your qualifying purchase from a participating retailer.

  • OR, print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included), and valid email address on the mail-in offer form; and mail the original unaltered receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a participating retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled along with completed mail-in offer form to:

What products qualify for a Visa® Prepaid Card?   

The Offer is limited to purchases of only Eligible Products, as identified below. The Offer is limited to a maxiumum total of up to $25 back per household.

Why is it necessary to create an account online?   

Creating an account allows you to have a personalized dashboard where you can quickly access your submission history and check your rebate status in real-time.

How will my rebate be issued?

If an Eligible Customer submits an online claim, the Eligible Customer will be able to select either a virtual or physical Visa Prepaid Card during the submission process. If the Eligible Customer chooses a virtual card, it will be sent to the email address on file. If the Eligible Customer chooses a physical card, the Eligible Customer will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the address on file.

If an Eligible Customer submits a mail-in claim that is approved, in Sponsor's sole discretion, the Eligible Customer will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the address on the mail-in offer form.

When will I receive my rebate?

Allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for the delivery of your Visa Prepaid Card following the receipt and verification of all required documentation.

How do I check the status of my submission?

If you submitted your rebate claim online, you can check the status of your submission at mobilpromotions.us/delvacrebate or you can call 1-866-249-4307. If you submitted a mail-in claim you can call 1-866-249-4307.

Does my Visa Prepaid Card expire?

Yes. Visa Prepaid Cards expire, so pay close attention to the expiration date. The card can be used until the last day of the month it expires.

Will you use my email address and contact information for other purposes?

If you have opted in to participate in this program, then we will send you periodic emails regarding this program. You may opt out of receiving emails at any time by clicking on "Unsubscribe" in your email. We promise we won't share your email address or any other personal information with anyone else.

Card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Virtual Account can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted online, or for phone/mail orders.
