Can I participate in the 2021 Fall Mobil Delvac Rebate and the Mobil Delvac Auto Parts Stores promotions?
Yes, you can participate in both promotions. If you choose to submit approved rebates for the 2021 Fall Mobil Delvac and the Mobil Delvac Auto Parts Stores rebate promotions, the following household limits apply:
2021 Fall Mobil Delvac Rebate limits/Auto Parts Stores (APS)
Limit four (4) 1-gallon jug rebates per household across both promotions
Limit four (4) 2.5-gallon jug rebates per household across both promotions
Limit four (4) 5-gallon pail rebates per household across both promotions
Limit of two (2) per household can be claimed as part of the Auto Parts Stores (APS) Rebate
Limit four (4) grease tubes pack of 10 per household across both promotions
Limit of one (1) per household can be claimed as part of the Auto Parts Stores (APS) Rebate
How do I participate in the rebate program?
Purchase Eligible Products from a participating retailer during the Promotion Period; and
Take a photo of your sales receipt and complete the online offer form at mobilpromotions.us/delvacrebate. Upload an image of your cash register receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a participating retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, December 7, 2021.
To receive approval on an online purchase, you must upload the final delivery or pick-up receipt for your qualifying purchase, provided by the participating retailer.
OR, print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included) and valid email address on the mail-in offer form; and
Mail the original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a participating retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled along with completed mail-in offer form, postmarked by December 7, 2021 and received by December 21, 2021 to:

Why is it necessary to create an account online?
Creating an account allows you to have a personalized dashboard where you can quickly access your submission history and check your rebate status in real-time.
How will my rebate be issued?
Your rebate is paid in a form of a Mobil Delvac Visa Prepaid Card and you will have the option to choose either a virtual or physical card during the claim submission process. If you do not provide a valid email address on your mail-in offer form, you will receive a physical Visa Prepaid card via U.S. postage to the mailing address provided.
When will I receive my rebate?
Allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for the delivery of your prepaid card following the receipt and verification of all required documentation.
How do I check the status of my submission?
If you submitted your rebate claim online, you can check the status of your submission at mobilpromotions.us/delvacrebate or you can call (866) 249-4307. If you submitted a mail-in claim you can call (866) 249-4307.
Does my Visa Prepaid Card expire?
Yes. Visa Prepaid Cards expire, so pay close attention to the expiration date. The card can be used until the last day of the month it expires.
