Program Overview
Mobil Delvac Gold™ rewards program (the "Program") is a Rewards Program sponsored by ExxonMobil ("Sponsor") where individuals ("Participant(s)") may collect points ("Point(s)") that will be credited to a Participants Mobil Delvac Gold™ rewards account ("Account") and can be redeemed for virtual and physical prepaid cards as set forth herein.
Eligibility and Participation
The Program is valid in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia to Participants who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited, restricted or taxed. Eligible products can be purchased together on one (1) receipt or if there are multiple receipts with qualifying purchases, a separate claim must be submitted for each receipt. Excludes online purchases made at Amazon.com.
To enroll in this Program and create an Account, Participant is required to register online at mobildelvac.com/gold. A valid email address is required for registration and participation in the Program establishes each Participant's agreement to the Terms and Conditions. Participants who do not agree to the terms may be prohibited to participate at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Collecting Points
To collect points, a Participant must register their account at mobildelvac.com/gold with a valid email address. Participants can collect Points for qualifying Mobil Delvac™ products when they submit an online claim with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) from a qualifying retailer location. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the list of qualifying products and their Point values, for any reason at any time.
In accordance with the Mobil Delvac Gold program close date, receipt or invoice must be submitted by August 31, 2023. Any accumulated points must be redeemed by December 31, 2023. Points submitted after December 31, 2023 will not be accepted and noted to be null and void.

Points collected by each Participant will be tracked in the Participant's Account. Points will be credited to Participant's Account after the claim submission is approved. Points must be redeemed by December 31, 2023.
Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate Points in a Participant's Account if it is determined that the Points were obtained in a fraudulent manner or credited incorrectly. Sponsor will not be liable for any typographical or other errors in the Participant's Account. Participants are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their passwords and restricting access to their Account. Participants agree to accept responsibility for any activity that occurs under their Account. If Sponsor determines a Participant has engaged in any fraudulent activity, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Account. Program participation is subject to these rules, as well as policies and procedures that the Sponsor may add or modify.
Participant must accrue at least 100 points = $10 before redeeming points for a prepaid card.
Redeeming Points for Virtual and Physical Prepaid Cards
Points can be purchased or redeemed for either virtual or physical non-reloadable prepaid cards. To redeem points for a prepaid card, the Participant must have 100 or more Points in their Account. Participants can redeem Points for a prepaid card on the Rewards website at mobildelvac.com/gold. Participants will have an option to choose their card type once their claim has been submitted for approval.
To redeem points for prepaid cards, Participants must click on the Redeem Points button in the top menu bar of their Rewards dashboard. The Participant will follow the instructions to complete the redemption and will be directed to the cart to check out and complete their purchase. All prepaid card redemptions are final and Points will be deducted from Participant's Account once the transaction is completed. Participants will receive an email confirmation when a prepaid card has been purchased. Participants will also receive an email from the Sponsor's third party card vendor to confirm the Participant's card type, which can be either a virtual or physical prepaid card. Virtual prepaid cards will be delivered to the email address on file and physical prepaid cards will be mailed to the Participant's physical address on file.
Allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for the delivery of prepaid cards following the receipt and verification of all required documentation.
General Terms and Conditions
The Rewards membership is valid only for individual consumers; requests from businesses, groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. Cannot be combined with any offer, coupon or discount card. No requests for exchanges or cash equivalent for the prepaid card will be considered, and no substitutions will be made. Incomplete, mechanically reproduced, altered and/or forged receipts or Offer forms of any kind, or receipts or Offer forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted. Invalid or duplicate requests above the stated limit will not be honored or returned. The return of any prepaid cards as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the Offer.
By enrolling in the Program, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of ExxonMobil, which are final and binding. Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and vendors (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for any late or non‐delivered emails, postage, or other computer‐ or communications‐related failures, caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties. All requests become the property of Sponsor and are nonreturnable.
Sponsor has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem or return requests not in compliance with these terms. This Offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without Sponsor's written permission. Trading, buying, selling or manufacturing of receipts, offer forms, physical prepaid cards, or virtual prepaid cards is considered to be in violation of the terms of this Offer. ExxonMobil reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time.
